M35+ Dual Load Digital
ANCHORAGE VERIFICATION DEVICE

Introducing the world's first lightweight, modular digital pull tester featuring Easi-Effort® Technology. The M35+ Easi-Effort® offers dual load testing—up to 35kN/7868 lbf or 65kN/14613 lbf—without needing another tester, thanks to an optional, easily configurable bridge. Enhanced for ergonomic use, it increases test frequency and reduces effort, making it crucial for anchorage checks. It includes a VERI5000 backpack, designed for straightforward transport to remote sites.

  • Modular Dual Load Capacity – The powerful tester not only has a 3.5-ton capacity in standard guise, but it also has 6.5-ton capacity with further optional load spreading bridges.

  • Advanced-Data Logging with FREE-to-use App – Equipped with state-of-the-art data logging capabilities, the M35+ allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of pull testing results via the free-to-use Hydrajaws Verify App

  • Dual-scale rechargeable digital gauge gives an accurate and clear display of the readings.

  • Hydrajaws gauge calibration certificate (valid for 12 months).

Kit includes the following adaptors:

  • Bolt test adaptor

  • 20mm and 24mm clevis forks

  • 8 slotted button adaptors: 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, 13, 16.5 and 20.5mm

PROOF-TEST SAFELY

VERI5000™ requires the user to read the manual in its entirety prior to use of the equipment. User should wear appropriate personal protective equipment when performing a proof-test. After each proof test a Competent Person or person who has been trained as a Competent Equipment Inspector must inspect the equipment for cracking, breaking, or permanent deformation of the structure and equipment (OSHA 1910.66 and 1926.502) If the Equipment Inspector or Competent Person is inspecting another manufacturers product that he or she has not been trained on, they must refer to the manufacturer’s instruction manual for the proper inspection of the anchor. Some anchors may deform during a proof-test and still hold, therefore meeting their intended purpose.  Please consult the Manufacturer of the anchor with any questions on the product and as always, remove any deformed anchors from use. When choosing what to proof-test to, picking the lowest force that meets the requirements will greatly reduce the risk of breaking, cracking or deforming anchors.  Pulling anchors to the maximum of 5000lbs may deform the anchor. VERI5000 and or Hydrajaws are not responsible for any damage to the structure being tested.
