Hydrajaws testers can be fitted with various adaptors to accommodate the load testing of a comprehensive range of fixings.
For testing threaded fixings when using the M2050 Pro Tester
The Davit arm tester adaptor fits through the load cell of the M35+ and attaches to the Davit arm via a clevis.
Suitable for testing sleeve and stud anchors when using the M35+
To use the optional M24 and M30 hexagon adaptors, first attach the adaptor to the rod to be tested.
For use with the Cable Tester Frame for testing swaged components of engineered lifeline systems when using the M35+
For testing Rebar, Hydrajaws offer a range of optional adaptors for use with M2008 (6mm to 22mm) and Hydraulic Tester (6mm to 40mm).
Suitable for testing sleeve and stud anchors.
For testing threaded anchors when using the M2008
For use with the Model 2000 (pre March 2020), M2000 and M2050 and is fitted into the tester body when using the bolt tester adaptor, clevis adaptor and insulation adaptor.
The M35 insulation adaptor is suitable for testing ETIC fixings (External Wall Insulation Fixings) for use with the M35 Tester only.
For M16 nuts, the bolt tester adaptor directly engages the nut in the pulling jaw.
For testing Hex bolts when using the M2050 PRO Tester.
Suitable for testing ETIC fixings (External Wall Insulation Fixings) with the M2000 Tester.
Clevis range for the M2000 and M2050 models. For testing ringbolts and eyebolts.

The heavy-duty ringbolt clevis is suitable for pad eye load testing, large ringbolt and large eyebolt testing up to 145kN. For use with the M2008
For testing fixings where a connection is made underneath the head of the fixing or anchor the slotted button adaptor is used.
For testing threaded fixings the threaded button adaptor is used.
Threaded Rod Adaptors
The threaded rod adaptor is primarily used for testing remedial wall ties.
Suitable for testing sleeve and stud anchors.
